outboard replace engine from one to another

I want to take the engine out of my 50 hp johnson 2 cyl and putit in a evenrude midddle and lower unit I'VE LOSSENENED every visible bolt and removed the foot but I cant get the engine to pull up and out. Can any one provide me an assembly diagram and some good advice. THE eveinrude is also a 50 hp 1980s era engine and looks identicle. the middle and lower foot on the evenrude are in ok shape but my johnson middle section has a broken middle motor mount and wont allow prop to change directions.

my friend has a 12' with a 7 hp on it and it dont get it on a plane.i'm rebuilding a 25 for him now.it should push it

25 hp on a 12?<br /><br />hell push up daisies if hes not careful<br /><br />my cousin in law had a 25 on a 18 glasspar<br /><br />planed with four on board ... hell have no problem
