OMC (Second Effort) made some V6's and V8's that ran backwards with the same powerheads.<br /> <br />Interesting motors.

I can tell you first hand about the counter-rotating OMC's. Had one come in last year that wouldn't run. Owner had replaced the starter and didn't tell me. Took me forever and many phone calls to figure the engine was a counter-rotating one and it had the wrong starter.

Arent they fun? Then theres the guy who put in a standard water pump and forgets to mention it when he finally decides he needs help.<br /><br />Hummmm........
