outdrive does not go down

have a alpha 1 drive .brought it to mech .said there was air in line brought it home worked 5 or 6 times.drive got stuck up again.what can the problem be no leaks i see.can it be the pump?air getting in line?

Ayuh,..... Do you store it in the Up, or Down position,..??

does the pump kick on when you hit the down button?
