outdrive raises itself

I have a 1990 Bayliner with a 125 Ldrive, this weekend the outdrive started coming up by itself, it does this wether its in or out of the water. I'm thinking its the switch on the throttle handle. Any body else had this problem?

your right.....GHOSTS!!!, no, actually a little WD 40 inside the handle fixed it
