Can anyone provide a step by step for this process?

I have a seloc manual, but they are so general in their instructions sometimes it's just absurd. (for instance... after removing the c-clips from the rams how to you get them to slide off? does the mounting pin need to be pushed through to allow the ram to be pulled away from the drive?)

Thanks in advance,
Tyler

First - yes the pin slides through

Second - Get rid of that Seloc and get a real mercruiser manual

The first job you do instead of having a shop do will pay for the manual.
