Outdrive

I know this boat isn't an outboard but I was hoping someone would be able to help. I am interested in buying a boat, and came across this one:

<br /><br />It is an i/o, The guy says it has everything except an outdrive, how much do you guys think it would cost to put an outdrive on it? It is a 1992 21 foot Seaswirl. Thanks.

Trailer looks pretty rusty.......maybe worth $300<br />Subtact disposal fees for the boat when you find out engine siezed, stringers rotted,etc....$100<br /><br />Pay no more than $200 if you expect to at least break even.
