How do I add a site to "safe senders"?

By default, email addresses in your Outlook contacts are considered safe senders.
To add. Junk drop down box, junk mail option, safe senders

Thing is, I need to add a site. Apparently it wont show up in my in box until I add them to my safe sender list.....

Is it showing up in your junk filter or is is stuck on the server?

You using a pop server or something like an exchange server.

Must be stuck on the server and not coming thru..... Or, there is an issue on their end.... I talked to the webmaster on a snowmobile forum. He said if I received his e-mail the pw reset should come thru. Never did. Had him reset it....

Try having him send it to a different email like gmail and/or yahoo and see if it goes through.

I have a MS exchange server and I know they have filters at the server that prevent a lot form coming in. The only thing safe senders should do on your end is put it in the junk folder.

If you are not seeing it on your junk or spam it will be something blocked at the server level. Like Bruce said, try another service.
