Ouyang boats

Can anyone me if ouyang boatworks built power boats back in the 80's. I think they were out of Whitby. The HIN is ZZD or ZZO, (hard to read). The boat an 83 Cuddy Cabin I/O that i plan to restore any &all info would be greatly app.

They were mostly sailboats according to my digging. Couldn't find a reference to any of their powerboat models. They did build some Mark Ellis designed Limestone deep-vee powerboats.
