The factory manual for your motor, part # 0787030, has instructions for testing the fuel pump in the Fuel System section.

The gasoline side of the pump is repairable, using the repair kits available from your BRP authorized dealer; instructions are in the service manual.

See your authorized dealer - order by part number. You might get lucky with searayman13 on Ebay, he's an authorized dealer.

Ok so here's how its playing out My Master Tech. Tells me I have to have a New VRo he said the thing is cycling double what it should I asked did you do a vacccum test on the fuel side ?? Nope I been doing this for 33yrs I just hooked up a new hose and tank that I know is goood and it ran fine after rebuilding the carbs , that tells him I have to replace the VRO, How does that tell him that shouldnt that have been done first ?? if there a bad line connection or something sucking air will never know where the air leak is will we ???:rolleyes: Why would the VRO over active if there is no air leak, maybe the rubber in the oil side is shot ???
