It's starting on manual hockey, ideal rough. Sometimes it starts revving like thet when they are running out of fuel. The settles down to rough idea. After 20 minutes of messing
With it. It has started revving out of control on its on, I had6to chock it out to shut it down. Now it does it every time I start it.
