Over the transom

I turned off the motor . Iwanted to adjust the trim down one hole. While trying to slide out the pin, I WAS LEANING OVER THE BACK OF THE BOAT TO SEE WHAT IWAS DOING. lEANED A LITTLE FURTHER TO GET A BETTER LOOK AND SPLASH, When over board head first.

NO! I was lucky I didn't drop the long pin that fits through the holes. I trashed my cell phone, Lost my cigarettes, but kept my sunglasses on my face. I had other people with me that where wondering what the heck I was up to.

and of course you were wearing your PFD?

BTW my cell phone went through the washer & dryer with no ill effects.

No PFD. It was on the floor next to my seat.
