I've been trying for awhile now to get my overheat horn to go off. I've had some help from a few guys ,especially jakedaawg. Does anyone have a source for one ,perhaps for older Johnsons?
I'll show a pic of the one I have, it's on a 1992 Johnson 60hp.
Thankyou in advance!

That is an after market horn. OEM horn is #585992. Not saying those horns will not work, but they are cheaper for a reason.
You may be dealing with an after market wiring harness also? Is this a Tracker boat? Since you changed from a Force engine to an OMC do you know what wire is being used? Only one warning horn as previously stated.
Several different makers.

I have it figured out. Bought a new 'buzzer horn' everything works as it should. This was a factory horn according to an old boat mechanic. As for the wiring harness, that too is factory. Thing was,,no one makes the old style horn/buzzer like what I had. In talking to and showing my old one around town and a few other boat dealers, they recognized it ......anyway, all is good now .
Thankyou!
