first time this year on the st. johns river... water was 84 degrees, but the boat just wouldnt cool off... no leaks checked the raw water pump, put the vacuum on it and it seems clogged... i dip cleaned the cooler, the plug on the bottom of the exhaust manifold produces no water when running... does it sound like the manifold is clogged??? it did sound like it was dropping a cylinder and ran at 4100 rpm wot.... running the correct prop, had everything rebuilt or new literally... carb, bellows, ignition, electronic ignition, plugs, thermostat yada yada... new coolant....

when i put the vacuum to the raw water strainer, the vacuum clogs and no flow... water flows really really well out of the exhaust, im stumped....

well im back flushing it, seems to cleaned out a little, but the water is really really hard to escape... clogged exchanger? or manifold??? water slowly drains out from the strainer after filling it... it should just rush out right??

well pulled the exchanger, and blew it out with high pressure water and air hose, blew out a fish, and a bunch of mud... no idea how it got in there..... its a hundred times better than what it was, but want to make sure its 100% clean, can it be cleaned someother way without harsh chemicals??
