It looks like it does open all the way. After doing another test run I discovered I'm getting closer to 4000-4100. I also got to reading about the CUP on my SS prop. I was informed that could be costing me a few hundred RPM. Plus there is some added "cup" per say from the prop being slightly damaged up. heh

I never thought about using a DVOM, that makes perfect sense now.

The "Cup" may be adding lift over-all, and may be reducing drag if it's the right design...depends where the cup is....
The "Cup" term is used way too losely.
