There would have been a Chapparal manual with the boat when it was new, but it just covers the basics and extra features of the boat. If you are concerned about a leak involving your engine, the engine manual is the way to go. As was pointed out above, it's _probably_ a Mercruiser, but you'll need to check. There should be labeling on the top side of the engine (hopefully!)
