Does anyone have an on-line manual for a MERC 1999 75Hp 2 stroke 3cyl? I am replacing the impeller and want to make sure I don't fudge anything up 3 days before the lakes open up out here. Any tips on removing the lower unit would help too. Oh any major difference with relpacing just the impeller over the entire rebuild kit? Everything is working just fine now I am just doing some PM.

What you're after is the service manual, not the owners manual.... Download it HERE, the password for the file is <<ribforum>>

Only replace the housing or base plate if they need it. I'd also replace the fuel pump diaphragms, the spark plugs and the lower unit lub oil. Don't forget the fuel filters either.

You haven't left yourself much time, only 3 days! Why didn't you start a couple of weeks ago?

I would have gotten to it earlier but the snow just melted from in front of it. I took out the last foot or so with a pick. Thanks for the info.
