told you it works. God knows i've tried everything else. it's cheap, does a good Job, and easy to work with.

Tashasdaddy, How well does it hold up to trailering and dock bumpers (rubbing against a dock while tied up)? Does it scratch easy?

Does anyone know if the marine version is better than the regular (I haven't been able to find the marine yet :()?

Well I put on my last coat of paint this morning (touched up a spot) Now how long do I need to wait to get it wet, I would like to take the boat out this weekend for an hour or so....

I'm not sure if the marine is better I would think it's more for boats then regular.. I know my row boat trailer is painted with regular rustoleum and it seems pretty rugged...

so did you have to thin the rustoleum out much. similar to the expensive boat paint?

If you did anything, I'd go get some flowtrol and thin it with that. It'll help it to self level, and you don't need to use very much thinner/flowtrol if you are rolling the paint on.

I am hoping rustoleum primer will work as well.

Well I don't see why Rustoleum primer wouldn't work... I didn't use primer just ruff sanded 220 and painted....

Now just waiting for it to cure so I can wet sand and buff out the whole top of the bow...

It is looking good. I hope to have the transom done by the weekend so I can put the engine together. The top plate I am having fabricated will cost around $300.....ouch. I do not think I am going to do it. I may see if they could bend some thinner pieces for me.
