Re: painted my cowl need advice

por15 "Glisten" clear. It's expensive, but as long as it won't pull anything youre going to pait it over and you clean the surface according to the instructions, it'll stick and stay. it works on everything from gelcoat to chrome, bras, stainless and even highly polished aluminum. My imco powerflow polished aluminum exhaust manifolds are painted with it and they look like they did the day the want on the engine. Same thing for truck wheels, motorcycle rims, and other things i've tried it on. Great stuff... buy and use the cleaning / etching solutions they sel for surface prep according to the instructions and the adhesion is nothing short of amazing.

I also had good results with their tech support people.
