Hey there again. I have my ext plywood and some west non skid paint. I believe I am to seal the wood with epoxy resin. 2 questions here. <br /><br />1. Should it be applied before or after drilling holes or does it not matter? <br /><br />2. Will the paint have any problems sticking to the resin? <br /><br /> As always- Thanks!
