Painting The Hull...what Tape????

What tape should I use when I paint the bottom so that it will adhere strong enough and also flex with the contours of the hull??

Are possibly thinking of Striping tape?

Painters tape will do the job. The sharper the curve the narrower the tape should be.

Not striping tape, painters blue masking tape, the same stuff auto bodyshops use on autos when painting. Find the local auto body paint store, or check at places like Advance Auto Parts, maybe even Home Depot in the paint dept.
