I cannot find this part on the Mercury catalog (9ELPTCTPK4S). There is water coming out of a pencil sized hole in the bow facing part of the motor. The motor stalls once it has warmed up, but if I plug the hole the engine revs up and is better. I think some sort of plug came out, but I am not sure. I have attached 2 pictures showing the hole and placement.
I am looking for the part number, and / or name.
