could someone point me in the right direction where to get parts and manuels for a 1971 volvo AQ170A inline 6 170hp and also a volvo penta 270 outdrive. thank you

Order them from your local VP dealer, the service manual for your engine is 7723640
For the drive, you need manual 7724371
There isn't any listings for parts manuals. But here is a place with parts breakdown and part numbers for your engine and drive.

WOW, Suggested Retail from Volvo is only $20.50 each for those manuals. I guess they aren't known for there better prices are they.
