Hi, I just rebuilt the carb in my 1975 Mercury model200(20hp) Serial#3760930. When Iwas reassembling the throttle linkage I cracked the one plastic piece. I looked up the part at BAM Marine it is #46405. Unfortunately this is no longer available from Mercury. Where do I find discontinued parts? or do I have to somehow fabricate a new one?

This is a good tip for goggle and doug russell, thanks!

I have also bought NLA parts from Seaway Marine in Washington state.

I realize this is a post from over 15 years ago but I did the same thing when I rebuilt my carburetors on the same type motor. I never found a new part but I was able to heat up a little nail and used it as a pin to hold the broken piece together and then super glued the heck out of it and 11 years later it's still working like a charm.
