Do you mean a windshield? Is the boat manufacturer still in business. If so, contact them. If not, then you'll have to buy an aftermarket one.
It would also help if we knew the model of your boat. Stratos made more than one kind of boat. What type of windshield does it have. iboats.com sells windshields. Click Marine Store at the top of any page, then search for windshield.
The only thing I can guarantee is that you will not like the price, wherever you find one.
