Parts for Lowrance Sonar

Does anyone know where I can find parts for a Lowrance 1240A Sonar? Specifically the light bulb. I looked on iboats and did a google search, couldn't find anything. Any info would be appreciated!

Have you considered trying Lowrance, BB?<br /><br />I never had a Lowrance or Eagle that could be taken apart to get at the light. How did you manage that?

JB, I plan to call them tomorrow. Just thought someone might know a good site to try.<br /><br />The 1240A is a "flasher" type sonar. The face plate is just a quick-turn and comes right off.

Dear Reneauew, so the face place, the piece that is trimmed above the mounting hole just turns, clockwise or counter clockwise to remove, my bulb did not work, the motor spins and the transducer makes noise, I tapped on the unit itself and the bulb now works. Loose soldering joint???? Please advise on face plate removal???
