Password Change

I need to change my paaword since I forgot what it is and I can't use my laptop now. Supposedly, I can't change the password unless I know my old one.

Options?

If you can't change password or log back in, please read this topic for possible help…

I can log in, but I need to change my password. When I go through that process, I get to the point where "A password reset request has been emailed to you. Please follow the instructions in that email" is shown - but no e-mail ever shows up (I've checked spam, etc.).
