PCV Valve

I’m adding a 1” spacer under my carburetor with a vacuum port. The port will be capped off for now. I have installed a catch can to capture the oil mist to keep the carb clean.

Should I add a pcv valve to this setup? Is there any benefit to have a pcv valve?

Every once in a while I get a weird reading on the oil dip stick. It reads low.
