Does the water flow at the pee hole stop flowing when revving the motor? start flowing again when I put the gear back in neutral. I just replace the impeller due to motor beeps when I get to 2000rpm and it wont let me past 2k.. 2007 mercury 40 bigfoot 4stroke efi
