Its called lying under oath. I know your looking for the word perjury, but in order to perjure ones self you must be lying under oath about an issue central to the case at hand. A consensual sexual act has nothing to do with sexual harassment. He could have been just as well lying about what color shirt he wore on a given day. But the repubs would have impeached him for that also.

Reply: You really have trouble with logic, laws or rules in general don't you? Perjury is Perjury. Sexual Harassment is Sexual Harassment, (the meaning of: "is" is in fact not relavent). Had Mr. Clinton been the CEO of any major domestic corporation, (generally hated by fems, Libs, and Dems), he would not have lasted more then a few days for having any sexual encounter what so ever with any employee he had authority over. Get a clue. Dems and Libs (with the elite mainstream media helping them) love corruption and twisting the system to institutionalise it for their pals. Hastings, Jefferson et al come to mind. Harry Reid can do a little local double dealin' in Nevada Real Estate with a mob lawyer to increase his wealth at taxpayer expense and Dems and Libs just love it. Usually a Repub or Conservative is drilled in a few days for any corruption and ABC, CBS, NBC, CNN, the NYT, LAT, WP et al will have it the top of the news untill the desired outcome has happened.
