OK, thanks! I checked the power steering pump and both the hoses coming out of it are hydraulic hoses. When I put the water hose on the Engine Raw Water Flush fitting the water was running out of the nub where the hose is broke off of at the back of the engine. There is no hydraulic fluid leak. Thanks again!
That’s good. It’ll be emailed later today. Thank you.

Hello everyone and thanks for all your replies. I finally tried the advice of someone who suggested it probably was a cap that was broken at the nub on the power steering cooling pump located at the rear of the engine. As a last resort before taking it to the shop I found a 3/8 rubber cap at the auto parts store and installed it. That resolved the problem! Apologies to the person who suggested that fix. I just could not see the designers putting a rubber cap in that location. Why put a nub on the power steering cooling unit at all? Any way thanks again for all the comments.
