Hey Boomyal dont you dare call me anti -american, I was not even involved in any discussions here . I see that even a Mod here has responded to Willie about insulting "his president" but nothing was said about the calling of fellow members anti-americans. Just because I have a differant point of view of our president does not make me or others anti-american.

One of you is right, the other is wrong. Unlike what is commonly referred to as the 'middle road', there is a right path and a wrong path.

My contention is, that on many issues, the path you choose is not the best for America. At minimum, it is not the path that got us to where we are!:'(

I didn't write the "WASHINGTON" article, just brought it to everybody's attention. I posted four news stories in the past few days. They all have one thing in common. My favorite subject matter. IRONY! The reaction this otherwise mediocre article has fostered is ironic in it's own right. Recently I was accused of being a self-appointed mind reader. Shoe's on the other foot now.

JB, if being American means blindly following a mis-leader to ruin, count me out. That's how Hitler got away with exterminating Jews just because they were Jewish. Germans were too afraid of being declared Un-German. I try to learn from history, not relive it. That's what makes America great. We have the RIGHT to disagree. At least for the time being.

If you weren't mccarthying around looking for people to apply the "America-hater" label to, you'd a got it, too.

This is not Hussein's Iraq...it's Bush's America...where people have given their lives so we might have freedom to express our opinions even if they are not favorable to Government...even if we DARE to disagree with you.

Boomer and friends also have the freedom to express their opinions - and to do it in the meanest, most offensive, most insulting manner they can think of. The rest of us learned about Common Courtesy in kindergarten.

Been two months but some things just never change. Mod with personal attacks on those who disagree with him and crush still ranting without basis. Life goes on.

The next President must unite this country and those who only wish for more division must be guided back to the American way. This I truly believe.
