I have never had any negetive comments about the boat.
I did however have a lot of people underestimate the first one. I told them I bought a 27'er and none of my friends/family know about boats. When they pulled in and the boat dwarfed the truck, they seemed to be in awe. Needless to say the new boat doesn't get towed home, so it's a different scenario (how much larger a boat looks parked at a residential home, vs a marina is amazing).
I catch more ribbing from people who haven't seen it, and have only heard about it. They jump on the, you must be wealthy kick, although it's just good clean fun.
