Perfect Day

I have had my 15ft dayboat for almost a year now shes old but in top notch condition I also have a evinrude big-twin 1971 (as old as me!) every time I have taken her out something went wrong last time the wheel caught on a rock on a sharp bend and bent the trailer! yesterday I went out on Loch Lomond with the Wife(First time ever!!!)three kids and the two dogs! other than a touch of rain all was perfect that old rude never missed a beat!the dogs slept all the way, the wife drove the boat most of the day and loved it! Its only took me 14 years to get her into my other love ,she even want to do it again without the kids!! ps its my birthday tomorrow (19th aug)

Three kids two dogs and you and wife what a boat load. Sounds like a good time, You'll never be skipper again now that she had her turn at it. Have a happy birthday

Have a great birthday Dave. <br />Good to see the wife wants to participate, and leave the bains at home.<br />Got any photos?<br />We never see Scotland on the TV, except for Billy Connely when he did 'a tour'. Nice to see families enjoying time together. As for the next time out……Let's see a boat on the lake, just you and the wife, sounds to me like Daves in for a trip on the "Love Boat" !!
