Performance Vent System..????

Performance Vent System can change about how many mph? is it just about 5-10 mph or is it about 30-40 mph? My motor is a 175 hp mariner and it's going about 10mph. Need help as much as possible. It use to go about 60+. Does all boat's propeller have a rubber hub or not? NEED HELP.

If the motor revs up, and you do not go faster, it is likely the prop needs to be rehubbed.

I'm sorry but i don't think my propeller have a hub or if it does i can't find it. Please need help asap.
