Hey guys '95 OMC 130HP. I found out my timing is all over the place when starting the motor, sometimes even after it warms up, only in idle. I disconnected the black/white wire from the powerpack and jumped it to ground. I also disconnected the yellow/red wire INSIDE the power pack. Motor ran great and stopped all of the BS. (Haven't decided if it is a bad temp switch or pack, but I do know that overhead alarm sounds when I ground the temp switch out) but for now if I want to run it like this do I need to leave the yellow/red wires disconnected as well? Or just keep white/black wire grounded?
