Here's mine:

A lake front lot on a deep, clear lake, with a 4 bdrm/3 bath, fireplace, decks, 'A' frame house, with a good dock, covered slip, picnic table and BBQ.

And tax free.

Sounds like a good plan...make sure the property is in Montana and you will not be paying any property taxes...ever
