It's really simple if your boat is old enough to have the shoebox lid type deck. Here's a link http://tinypic.com/2se45 showing where the splashwell was cut from the deck while still on the hull. The transom is partially glassed in. This is the second time I've done it this way. They are easy to glass back and make the joint invisible.<br /><br />I tried to do more pics but only one came though. I have to study the site a little to post more.
