The problem is that you are using the address to the photobucket page not the image. On your photobucket page look for the IMG code. Copy and paste that into your message. It will look like this
[ IMG ]http://i167.photobucket.com/albums/u139/jinx1955/IMG_1816.jpg[ /IMG ]
without the spaces around the IMG codes.
You get this without the spaces
