Replacing the floor. I actually have more cut out than that last picture. I had one soft spot over the gas tank and decided to just replace the floor. I am building new bench seating with captain's chairs as well.

I have the same 1950, but in an '85 with a vp4.

They are nice boats, and have a unique combination of motor power
to boat weight and design for optimum cruising.

Definitely worth some fixin' up. Enjoy it!
