My local Craigslist had this vintage ski listed for sale recently for $3500.00; complete with newer trailer. He claims that the ski will do 28 MPH in its stock form. The owner states that its powered by an electric start twin cylinder, water cooled 372cc 2 stroke Rotax engine coupled to a Berkeley 6JA Jet Pump (the pump that Kawasaki copied for their first generation standups).

I thought that the vintage ski buffs here might like to see what was being sold that many years ago. Little did we know then how the industry would explode.
