They are called avatars, go to "My Profile" > "Edit Profile" > "Avatar Image".<br /><br />You are given a selection of pictures to chose from or you can link to your own picture. If you link to your own picture you need to have the picture hosted on a picture hosting site such as <br /><br /> http://photobucket.com <br /><br />Good luck.<br /><br />Aldo
