What about the new "Truvia" "Nature's Calorie-Free Sweetner?
I used to add four sugars to me coffee, now I'm using one of these truvia packets, doesn't leave the after taste that the others do.

Considering that tuvia was not approved by the FDA for release until 12/2008 and this thread was last discussed in 01/2005 ....... I guess no one here ever dreamed about it.;)

McDonald?s hot Mocha, $3.25 for a large, made with whole milk ?vs ? lowfat. On the lake, water temp just turned mid 60?s, two poles out, one deep, one not. That?s pretty close to heaven.

I would stay away from Artificial Sweeteners. Most of them have side effects you don't notice until down the road. I switched to Diet pop a few years ago to help loose 20-30# and with a good diet and some exercise I managed to loose 30# in a year but I notice so issue that caused me to go see a doctor but was given a clean bill of health. I had some muscle twitches and random headaches and slightly blurry vision at times. I looked up Aspartame on the internet (the sugar substitute in 99% of diet pop) and found out it can cause all of these issues and then some so I decided to quit drinking anything with Aspartame in it and went through 2 weeks of hell from the withdrawals. After the 2 weeks ALL my issues I had disappeared and I feel great now and steer CLEAR of ANY artificial sweeteners.

The old saying is, "Everything in moderation". I agree but any processed food has something bad in it. I eat what I want, just not alot of it. Life is too short to not enjoy it.

Resersal is what goverment does. Come on!
