Hello,

I bought two NOS pistons with pn: 384651 on eBay from the same seller claiming they were the same because there was same pn stamped on both boxes. Well when I received the pistons turns out that one of them was a correct piston that matches 100% with the originally used in the powerblock, whereas the other one was somewhat different in its appearance (the ring groove is somewhat closer to the top of the piston (picture attached). Note that I have my motor completely disassembled and can try to fit the pistons very easily.
The piston in question fits perfectly in the cylinder (i.e. I tried it in the cylinder, also measured its dimensions). The only differences are that the ring grooves are closer to top of the piston, and what's more IMPORTANT is that the WRIST PIN from the original piston is somewhat loose in this piston under question (it just goes through both wrist pin openings / both sides "L" and the opposite without any effort). So, my question is this, generally, can this piston be used for my application (4WF69B)? Also interested to know how important is it that the wrist pin needs to be tight on the piston opening (non-"L" side)?

Also attaching a picture of the original piston (notice relative position of the ring grooves to the top of the piston).

I certainly appreciate your help!

-Alex.
