Piston ring help for a Johnson '55 QD-16 10Hp

Man am I in a bind. Rebuilding this motor and can't find these piston rings anywhere. Original part# is 301787. I've searched iBoats, MarineEngine, Laings, Vintage OB's, eBay, and Googled it...I've even spent hours comparing parts listings, but to no avail. Tomorrow I will be calling a parts guy to see if he has them. Any chance any of you know where I can get a set? Thanks.

If nymarine.ca doesn't have them, or seaway (google it), I'd post an ad on aomci.org as a last resort. I think the address for seaway is in the "top secret files" at the top of this forum, along with lots of other parts sites.

Several sites (nymarine.ca included) refer to part# 378416 for the rings. I have a set of those for an 18Hp I'm going to be working on. The 378416's are way too big for the 10Hp, I checked and they don't even come close to fitting. The rings I need are for piston part#'s 376202 or 303707.

Those are great motors. 1955 - 57 I think were the best years of the QD model.
