yep...got it...some props won't work on some motors because the prop hub diameter does not match up to the gear case diameter.....regardless of prop diameter, gearing, or pitch. A small matter but semi costly if not recognized.
Comment was snarky....I felt.

Update, I purchased a spitfire 15 4 blade. First run with the new prop I can hit 21 mph with 25 gallons of fuel and 3 adults. 5600 rpms. My rpm range is 5000 to 6000. I think I found the right prop. No cavitation and I can hold a tight turn at 20 mph.
