Places to purchase a reman or new motor?

Hey folks,

I was sitting here at work just lurking through the threads and thinking what would I do if I have to replace my motor?

Where is a good place to find new or reman mercruisers?

I have a 98 3.0L Mercruiser 4cyl.

Guys from this forum have had good luck with Rapido marine. There is an active thread on them right now. If you take proper care of your boat, you should not need to worry about purchasing a new engine for quite a few years.

$1,929.00 for a brand new engine.

Why rebuild when for a couple bux more can get new.
