Two questions.
My Merc 115 2+2 (2004) has about 1/4 inch in and out play on the prop shaft in neutral. Is this normal? Changed oil and everything looked fine. When I put it in gear it slams a little in both forward and reverse.
2nd question. Does this engine have a rev limiter? I had a chance to drive a smaller prop this weekend and at WOT I got up to @ 5300 RPM and it acted like it was missing.
