Please help identify table pedestal mount.

I have a 1997 Harris Flotebote and want to replace the tables. The base is flush mounted. I cannot seem to find this mounting system and would rather not have to mount new bases. The first pic with the tab goes to the floor.

Measure the diameter of the post and the plastic base. It's a standard taper fit, but either 2 7/8" or 3 1/2"

Maybe some pics of the bases would help? Toddusa is one of the larger manufacturer of those items. Though I'm not familiar with that particular locking mechanism.
