I'm guessing it was built from late 50's to mid 60's. It is 12-6 in length, fiberglass hull single piece no seam. Mast is wood, rudder is wood, metal swing keel. There is no hull id on boat or pink. seats are part of the hull and remind me of a car as they are facing forward. Sail have a picture of Saturn sewn in to mailsail near the top. In my 50 years of boating, I have never seen another one like it. No make or model on pink. It's a mystery.

Do some looking at sailboats offered by Montgomery Ward and Sears.

But you can also chase down some of the Snark boats. They were in that vein, but I don't know that the hull style fits them. Coming through the 60s and 70s there were a BUNCH of manufactures making trailer boats - most of them didn't last long and died quickly, so it may be very hard to identify.

Yeah, I think maybe it was a company that didn't last long.

Still trying to identify this old sailboat. It's fiberglass with wood rudder, mast and boom. 12'-6" long. Centerboard is metal. Boat is unusual because it doesn't have side bench seats like other sailboats. Seats are molded into boat body and boat is one piece not two separate pieces. One seat at stern and two seats between centerboard toward front. Boat has no hull id, never did. No makers name on paperwork or model. Not even a year. It just says HMDE, homemade. You can tell this boat was nice quality for the time. My Dad bought this boat used in 1974 and it was in bad shape then. Dad donated the boat in 2008 and it broke my heart.

Might have been a plan boat then, along the lines of Glen-L or Popular Mechanics. May have glassed over the wood structure.

With no manufacturer or ID...you're not likely to find / locate anything about it or come across another sorry to say.

I would think it was home made as well. otherwise there would be some type of identifying marks on it.

Are you trying to buy another one?
