Need help! My teleflex rack steering SSC12412 is hard to steer. i removed from engine, and engine and wheel move freely. tilt tube and rod are clean and move freely. is there anything else i can do besides replacing cable? cable was replaced 10yrs ago. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
